Book your
Session or
consultation
Review our site and visit our Bookings page and book your session with us.
All Consultations, are fee of charge. And your session will be booked during this time.
Over the next 24 to 48 hours you will receive a email explaining next steps.

During our First consultation ( over zoom), this is your time to ask us any questions you may have.
In addition, we will get some important info from you.
Lastly, we will discuses the session, timeline of events and what to expect.
Depending on the session chosen there may be more then one Consultation.

Photo session
We will make sure to capture the best moments and get the biggest smiles.
Going along with our timeline we have created and adding in any last minuet additions.
With in the first few clicks of our shutter all the nerves will be gone and our time together will go by quicker then a flash (parden the punn).

delivery
Although each session is a little different for small sessions please allow a minimum of 4-6 weeks to get your photos. large sessions minimum of 4 to 6 months.
You will receive an email on how to access your photos by our Online Gallery.
If you order prints from us, delivery time will very depending on amount and type of prints that are ordered.

Tips for Destination Sessions

Are you planning to get married outside of Gdesignsbyandrew's service area? No problem! We would be delighted to travel to you. However, please note that due to the additional travel requirements, we will need to reserve an entire weekend to accommodate any necessary arrangements. Fixed rates apply for destination engagement and wedding sessions.

For each session, we will arrive at a minimum the afternoon prior to the scheduled date to ensure that we are punctual and thoroughly prepared. We will depart the day after the session to accommodate any necessary follow-up.
Destination Photography Services
Below are services that are strictly for our Destination Photography Sessions. They may not be combined with any other offer and all prices shown are starting prices. Final prices will be listed on final invoice billed to clients.
Drivable Destination
$7,000
IF you live in Virginia, Maryland, West Virgnia, or North Carolina and would like to use us for your Photo session, Wonderful! This session pertains to those locations in VA and Surrounding states that are with in a half days driving distances, that does not require a plane ticket.
Included in this session:
* 1-hour Engagement
*8 Hours of photography
*1 - Photographers on Wedding Day
*Online Digital Album for photos
*Standard Thumb drive
*Travel Fees, including Gas, accommodations, and meals.
Standard Domestic Destination
$9,500
This includes all lower 48 states . Please note that the client may be charged addition travel fees accordingly.

*10 Hours of Photography

Premium Domestic Destination Session
$12,000

We will capture Images that represent you and your personality.
THE CONSULTATION
Most of our sessions start with an in person meeting or zoom call. This is your chance to meet with our photographer. Ask any questions you may have. In addition, we give you all of the details for your session. Go over paperwork and legal stuff.
By the end of the meeting you will feel more confident and relaxed and ready for your big day. The day of, we will guide you into simple poses to capture the best sides and create the best images.

OUR STYLE
Our style is mostly all natural with normal cosmetic editing. Such as the Traditional Black & White. However, we are starting to get into to the modern Bright's and Colorful. And explore the world of 2024, with smoke & fire. We will work with you to capture the image of your dreams. Please take a look at our site and see the images we have to see if we fit what your looking for.
Guide Book
Some clients are provided with a "Client Guide Book".
This is sent by email approximately 2 weeks prior to your session.
This is the perfect way to answer any further questions you may not have .
Or questions you may not know to ask, prior to your session.
In addition, we provide this to you as a "guide" not as a "must do".

RETAINERS/DEPOSIT
Most of our sessions call for a retainer to reserve your spot.
This retainer is NOT refundable. As it reserves your spot with us.
If for some reason you have to cancel you may transfer it to another session at another date.
Payment
Payment will be made in full prior to the sessions.
Orders placed after sessions must be paid in full prior to receiving the items.
Payment plans for some sessions are available upon request.
We accept most major Card and Checks.
PayPal and Venmo may be used in some situations.
( As most payments will be made though this site).

Your Investment
Every session we have we want you to love the way you look. Here at Gdesignsbyandrew, we want to make this process easy as 1,2,3. All of our packages comes with an Online Digital Album for you to view your photos. You will have access to your session on your phone, laptop, tablet, or computer here in VA and Grandma and Grandad will too, in Tennessee!
Best part about it is that there are NO hidden fees, NO required Minimum purchases and, NO minimum print requirements. That's right if you want just (1) 5x7 print and (1) 8x10 from your session, I can print them for you no problem.
Most of our packages comes with Premium Custom packaging. What this means is that each package is designed specifically for the client in which I'm working for. Should you have a wedding coming up and like the beach your package will be beach theme. If I shoot your Senior Photos and you like John Deer Tractors You better bet ima have it styled to just that! After all who doesn't like a big green tractor!
With the customization and personalization aspect of our packages, we hope to deliver the best of the best.
