Service Description

Hey there! Do you have an upcoming banquet, birthday party, gala, ceremony, or concert on the horizon? If you're still on the hunt for a photographer, look no further! We would be so thrilled to work with you for your special event through our "Event Photography Session". When you book your appointment, we'll reach out to you within 24 to 48 hours to gather a little more information. Then, we'll schedule a time to chat over zoom or meet in person to discuss our process in more detail. As the event draws near, we'll touch base about a week in advance to confirm any last-minute details and go over the contract together. And when the big day arrives, you can count on us to ensure everything runs smoothly and capture all those memorable moments. After the event, we'll follow through based on the terms outlined in our contract, handling tasks like downloading and editing photos before uploading them to your personalized online digital album. You'll receive guidance on next steps via email once everything is ready. Please keep in mind that booking this service is simply for scheduling a meeting with us, not for securing the actual event session. We kindly request that you book at least three weeks ahead of your event to guarantee availability. And remember, the items included in the package are subject to change at the photographer's discretion. Let's make some magic together at your next event - we can't wait to collaborate with you! An "Event Package" with us contains at minimum of: * (2) hours of photography (Minimum) * (50) Pictures in an "Online Digital Album". * Print Release * Premium Packaging Retainer fee (to book session) will be discussed during the consultation. Payment must be made in full prior to receiving access to photos.


Cancellation Policy

We understand that life can be unpredictable, but we kindly ask for your cooperation with the following guidelines to help us serve you and our other clients better: No-Call, No-Show: If you fail to show up for your scheduled session without prior notice, the full session fee will be charged. A refund will not be provided. Cancellation with Less Than 24 Hours Notice: Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will result in a charge of the full session fee. Rescheduling with 72+ Hours Notice: If you need to reschedule and give us at least 72 hours' notice, we're happy to help you find a new date and time at no additional charge.
